This pretty chilly morning I was out and about in Almerimar. So I took some pictures of various bits and pieces.

I was down at the golf course putting up the list for the competition this coming Friday. While there I took photos of the snow on the hills behind El Ejido (top photo) and of the Sierra Nevada (2nd photo).
Then, while walking home, I took some pictures of what is probably the longest running set of roadworks in the history of Almerimar. Or at least it feels that way.
The first of the roadworks photos is at the roundabout close to the entrance to Darsena 3. As you can see they are making the road that loops through to the Flamingo Park urbanisation a one way system. You will now only be able to enter the street from the roundabout. If you live in that area to get out of your urbanisation you will have to drive towards Flamingo Park. Then exit onto the road between the towers and the El Espigon car park. There are a couple more photos of this street in the Gallery.
Next stop was walking towards the D´Bar. As you can see, work is continuing on getting rid of the planters from and painting of "the towers".
As you can see from the photo above there is some new construction going on behind "the towers". There are a couple more photos of this area in the Gallery.
There is quite a bit of new construction going on in town now. When I get a bit of spare time I might have a drive around and take photos of the various building sites.
The final photo today is another one of the snow on the mountains. This time capturing the waste bin that is close to where I take photos of the sunset when I am putting the bins out.
