The Sunday market will be taking place this coming Sunday not far from the port tower. This time it will be from 10:00 to 15:00.

I was down collecting Jacqui and Jules from the PGD shop this afternoon so I took a couple of photos of where the people are looking after the dolphin. As you can see it is on the corner of the beach not far from the church and the port tower.
Jacqui and Jules also had a look and they saw the fin of the dolphin. Apparently it was quite small.
A striped dolphin that was stranded in Roquetas 13 days ago has been moved to Almerimar whle recovering. It has been moved here as it is a more sheltered environment and less windy than Roquetas.

Saturday morning is normally a bad time to shop in Mercandona in Almerimar. I have found out it is even worse in the summer. I have just spent around 30 minutes in a queue waiting to be served at the fish counter.
It is good for the town to be full of people but I am getting to the point now when I am looking forward to the place being a little quieter. I guess things will quieten down in the next week or two.
