The residents, tourists and bathers who spend the summer in the municipality of El Ejido have all the information related to beaches available to them at a single click thanks to a new APP designed by the IT Department of El Ejido Town Hall in coordination with the Department of Tourism and Civil Protection.
The application will be available during the period of the Beach Plan 2018, until September 9, and collects the characteristics, services and location of the beaches, flag status and meteorological information so that users can make the query quickly and easily. easy, accessing from your Android and Apple mobile device. In addition, for those bathers with reduced mobility who need adapted beach service, access to the Accessibility Guide has been incorporated (almeriaaccesible.es).
Daily, photos of the Levante and Poniente beaches of Almerimar, Balerma, San Miguel, Guardias Viejas and Punta Entinas will be uploaded to the APP, as well as the indication of the date of the last update.
The APP includes a menu that includes the list of beaches, its location with connection to Google Maps and the lifeguard schedule, which is from 11 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. every day.
