Coronavirus in the province of Almería: Monday's report
The province of Almería has reported 205 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the last hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health and Families of the Junta de Andalucía.

The number of people who have overcome the covid-19 disease in these 24 hours has been 102 and since the beginning of the epidemic is 8,446. In the last hours there have been six hospital admissions. In the province there are 96 hospitalized patients, of which 16 are in the ICU.
The Health Department has announced that the Poniente health area is at level 2 and those in Almería and Norte at level 3.
The Confirmed PDIA data (Active Infection Diagnostic Tests) includes all cases of COVID-19 with active infection, confirmed by PCR technique or latest generation rapid antigenic tests, following the new surveillance strategy of the Ministry of Health. (see table in Spanish story).
In relation to the daily update of outbreaks in nursing homes, at the La Granja Residence in Jerez de la Frontera there are 50 confirmed cases (36 residents and 14 workers); 90 cases remain in the Jesús Nazareno Residence in Córdoba and three deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours (4 in total); and at the Jesús Nazareno de Montoro Residence (Córdoba) there are 22 confirmed cases and four deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours (4 in total).
In addition, in the Sanitas Linares Residence (Jaén) there are 55 confirmed cases (38 residents and 17 workers); in the Santiago-Pontones Residence (Jaén) there are 37 cases (32 residents and 5 workers); In the Caridad y Consolación Residence in Jaén there are 161 cases and six deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours (29 in total); and in the Orpea Andújar Residence (Jaén) there are 83 confirmed cases (69 residents and 14 workers). Finally, a new outbreak has been reported, this time in the San Luis de Motril Residence (Granada) with 10 confirmed cases (5 residents and 5 workers).
