Almería continues as the province with fewer cases, but adds two deaths
The last 24 hours leave 47 new positives and more than 170 recovered from the covid
Tuesdays have been throughout the coronavirus pandemic the days in which the most deaths have been reported in the province of Almería and this week has not been different and the two deaths reported in the last 24 hours have put an end to three consecutive days without adding deaths among covid patients.
This is how the daily epidemiological report of the Junta de Andalucía collects this Tuesday, in which Almería has added 47 new positives that confirm the fall in the epidemiological curve that has occurred since the end of the state of alarm and that leave the province again such as the Andalusian region with the fewest positives in recent hours, in contrast to Seville, the one that is experiencing the worst now and that today again adds new positives above 300.
With the 47 newly infected, Almería has already detected 54,566 positives since the beginning of March and 827 deaths during the same time, after the two deaths registered in the last 24 hours that have ended three consecutive days without deaths, as the last one was reported last Friday, May 21.
For its part, the number of covid patients who have overcome the disease this Tuesday and who have received the epidemiological discharge is 174, 52,380 since the beginning of the pandemic, and that again considerably reduce the active cases, which today already They are at 1,359, that is, less than 1,400 people from Almería who are infected at this time.
As for those hospitalized, according to the data provided by the Ministry of Health and Families to the Covid Portal of the Junta de Andalucía, in the last 24 hours 10 more patients have been added to the beds of the three hospitals in Almeria, two of them in Intensive care.
Andalusia, for its part, has once again exceeded 1,000 positives for coronavirus (1,011) and six deaths, which have caused the 10,000 Andalusians killed by the disease to be exceeded today. Finally, the recovered have been 2,604.
