Stats for the last 24 hours - 131 more cases and no more deaths
Almería once again exceeds the red line of one hundred infections
The province has a total of 1,622 active cases
Decrease in the number of infections in a single day in the province, although these once again exceed the red line of one hundred cases this Wednesday. Even so, Almería is the Andalusian province that today registers the least positives, when the community exceeds, for the second consecutive day, 2,900 infections.
According to the latest data update by the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography (IECA), the Almeria territory adds a total of 131 cases detected through the PDIA tests (antigen test and PCR), compared to 179 in the eve.
The good news of the day is that, one more day, there is no need to regret new deaths in the province, which have remained at 839 since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) does not suffer new admissions, but two new ones must be added to the plant in the Almería hospitals in the last 24 hours.
The number of people who have been discharged over the last day has increased: a total of 62 in the province. Since March 2020, there are already 54,840 people from Almería who have overcome the disease.
As of this July 14, Almería has a total of 1,622 active cases: it is the result of the difference between the total number of confirmed cases since the beginning of the pandemic (57,301) and the difference between the total number of deaths (839) and of recovered (54,840).
Last 14 days
The provincial incidence rate for the last 14 days rises to 173.6 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, compared to 165.8 this Tuesday.
The situation in the province's health districts also worsens: Almería has 211.7 infections (the day before it was 204.2), Poniente has 118 (compared to 108 yesterday) and Levante-Alto Almanzora, 191 , 9 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (this Tuesday was 187.4).
The capital of Almería currently has an incidence rate of 226.5 infections in the last 14 days per 100,000 inhabitants, where the rate grows 8.4 points in one day.

El Ejido now has 146.9 cases (approximately 16 more than yesterday) per 100,000 inhabitants based on the 14 day average (red for increase; blue for decrease)
Poniente Region now has 118.0 cases (approximately 10 more than yesterday) per 100,000 inhabitants based on the 14 day average (red for increase; blue for decrease)
