It was another coldish night at what is likely to be called the Power Horse stadium next season.

Alan S and I went to the match with our friend Mick H. Mick enjoyed seeing another home win in February for UD Almería.

We only just got to the match in time. As there was a broken down lorry and an accident on the motorway. On the way to the tunnel the other side of Roquetas.

We took the lead in the first half when Sadiq nicked the ball off a defender close to the corner flag. Then chipped it to the back post for a tap in by Puigmal.

We then let in a goal with a bit of sloppy defending before half time.

We dominated the second half. Sadiq got the second with a header from a free kick. Then played a part in setting up a tap in goal for the 2nd centre forward who came on in the second half, Souza.

We also had a few other good chances during the match.

There is a link to some highlights from the match here on the Diario de Almería site.

We are top of the league as I write this. However this could change tomorrow. As Eibar are playing at home against Burgos at 14:00 tomorrow.
