Almerimar

We have been a bit busy the last couple of days so I have not had a chance to publish much here.

One thing that has happened recently is we have had weather for 4 seasons in less than a couple of days.

On Friday morning we had early tee times for the FGS competition. We started off in sunshine but finished with cloud cover when the last group finished their round. While we were in the clubhouse for the prize giving in the afternoon the heavens opened. The rain was pouring down and the wind got up.

Overnight on Friday night and early Saturday morning the wind was really strong so it was really noisy outside overnight.

Yesterday morning we left town at around 10:30am for an FGS trip to a bodega. The weather was overcast but there was no rain. As we made our way towards Adra on the motorway the rain started and then stayed in place pretty much all of the day. The rain must have reached Almerimar while we were at the bodega as it was pouring down when we arrived back in town around 6pm.

Last night the winds had calmed down and this morning we have cloud and sun with a light breeze. It is now a pleasant 18 degrees on our terrace.

Hopefully there will not be much more of this iffy weather now that we are slowly making our way into spring.
